M&E operations form an essential part of the overall services offered by Quattrogroup. We carry out all types of HVAC and electrical works for industrial and commercial sites in Finland and in Russia. Quattroservices Ltd. Our specialist M&E Company is responsible for these operations. In 2009 our turnover of M&E operations totaled 22.5 M €, of which more than half came from domestic projects. We employ 70 professionals and employees within various fields of M&E operations. A typical design-build contract in Russia includes M&E works in the design and execution of construction. In Finland developers and executors of design-build projects divide M&E operations into several subcontractors, of which we undertake one or more, depending on our capacity. We have also executed M&E works as project management contracts. We regularly hold discussions with developers, M&E designers and representatives plant and specialists system suppliers. We offer an executor's view for choosing the right technical solutions and execution of detail, for economic efficiency and matters of scheduling. |
