Construction works of first stage in Sipoonranta have been started

Rakennusgemini Ltd. which belongs to Quattrogroup has started the construction works according to the contract in Sipoonranta area. The contract consists of one 4-floor block of flats with 14 flats as well as a terrace house with six dwellings. The work was started 1st of June 2010 and will be totally finished on 23rd of June 2011. The extension data of the project is as follows: 3076 m2  gross area and 10 682 m3 gross volume.
